How we grade
A vision model reads your gallery images and decides which of the seven slots a complete listing needs each one actually fills, and a fixed rubric measures the title, the bullets, the tags and the description against the limits that marketplace publishes. Your score is the share of the points available on that marketplace that you earned, and the letter follows from the score.
The image pass runs on Claude Sonnet 5. Everything after it is arithmetic, so the same listing scores the same every time.
Letters follow the score: A at 90, B at 80, C at 70, D at 60, F below that.
What the points are for
No marketplace has both bullets and tags, so each one is scored over the rows it has and those rows are rescaled to 100. A field a marketplace does not offer is never scored zero.
30 Coverage of the seven slots
One share for each of the seven slots an image actually fills, as the image reader classified it, not as the file was named.
15 Main image
Half for having a product shot on plain white at all, half for the quality the image reader gives it.
15 Infographic and text legibility
Most of it for carrying a feature infographic, the rest for whether the words on your images stay readable at thumbnail size.
15 Lifestyle and scale
The larger share for the product shown in use or in a real setting, the smaller for an image that makes the size explicit.
10 Title
Full marks inside our target length, less when it runs long or thin, nothing when it breaks the length the marketplace publishes.
10 Bullets
The count first, then how many sit inside the length band, then how many lead with the point rather than building up to it.
10 Tags
Etsy only, because Etsy has no bullet field: the share of the tags Etsy allows that are in use, and whether any runs past the per tag limit.
5 Description
Full marks for a description long enough to answer a shopper and inside the field limit, half for one that is thin or over.

The rubric checks completeness and limits. It does not measure sales.
